Sober Elite offers a Community Based Recovery Support (CBRS) program. This program is designed for clients who are seeking an alternative to residential treatment and have the sufficient motivation to participate in a community based support program. Clients are strongly encouraged to embrace a situation abstinence commitment while in the CBRS program.

CBRS is a custom-designed addictions recovery program that builds a selection of support components into an integrated care plan. This can include, but is not limited to Assessment, Addiction Counselling, On-Line Process Group, Peer Support Engagement, Remote Alcohol Monitoring, Drug Testing (where applicable), Relapse Prevention, Family System Engagement and Comprehensive Case Management.

The CBRS program can be accessed for up to 12 months and is designed to accommodate and respond to the evolving needs of the client , as their experience unfolds over time. This is a high-touchpoint program with significant attention to just-in time client support and highly focused case management coordination / alignment of integrated care services.
